Farm Bureau members receive discount on flu vaccination - Clinic will be on October 24, 2012

The Wayne County Farm Bureau will be offering a flu vaccination clinic on Tuesday, October 23 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Farm Bureau building in Fairfield, IL. The flu vaccination will be administered by the Wayne County Health Department. The clinic is open to the public, ages 18 years and older. The cost of the vaccination is $30.00.
Members of the Wayne County Farm Bureau will receive a discount of $5.00 off the vaccination during this clinic. Limit one discount per membership.The Wayne County Health Department will accept payments from Medicaid and Medicare. Individuals must bring their insurance card with them. Claims for other health insurance providers will need to be made by the individual. In order to have enough staff and vaccine available for the clinic, pre-registration is required.
